. There is not one thing I can say that is bad about my experience with him. My mother was trying to purchase a home in FL while staying in Puerto Rico. He walked us through everything. My mother was having an issue getting a hold of the HOA, he jumped in the car and drove an hour out of his way to speak to someone in person. Then, he drove back to hand them a money order, which he fronted secondary to she and I not being local to do so. Negotiations went smooth and any melt down I had from being overwhelmed, he handled like a PRO! At the end of it all. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the info and attention that was needed to complete the sale. Even was able to save my mom money. She paid less than the asking rate and hooked her up with a home warranty to cover anything that could break in the next year. Definitely will meet back up with him in the future when I am ready to be a part time FL resident again. I cannot thank him enough for his generosity and calm demeanor while dealing with my family drama that came up during the whole process. I still owe him some "salted garlic" when I come back down. Thank you for everything Ced!
